Heckmondwike Grammar School Entrance Exam

The registration has two stages:
 

1. This short form where you will be asked for your basic details. Once you have completed this section, you will be sent an email with instructions of how to access the second stage. Please ensure you enter your email address correctly and that you use an email address that you regularly check.
2. The registration form, where you will be asked for further details. As part of the process you will be asked to upload a recent digital photograph of your child. You must have the photograph available at the time you complete the registration form. Your registration will not be accepted without it; therefore your child will not be registered to take the entrance examination.

When you have finished, click the check box to confirm your agreement with the Declaration Statement and then select the option to submit your registration form to Heckmondwike Grammar School. At this point, you may be prompted to complete any data that is incorrectly entered or has been omitted.

When you have successfully registered your child, you will receive an email confirming receipt of registration. If you do not receive a confirmation email after 24 hours then your child has not been registered, and you should contact the school.

You will need your username and password to access the results of the Entrance Examination in October. If you need to amend any details you can do so up until the close of registration using your username and password.

This registration process is only for your child to sit the entrance examination. To apply for a place at any school, you must complete the Common Application Form from your Local Authority by 31 October.
